The Company operates through a Court of Assistants who appoint a master, a senior warden and a junior warden to serve for one year.

Nigel is a Chartered Accountant with a practice in Shrewsbury. He is a past president of The Shropshire Society of Chartered Accountants he has been a member of the ICAEW Tax Faculty committee. He is a past president and past captain and treasurer of Shrewsbury Golf Club.
Nigel is married to Bridget and they are both town guides in Shrewsbury.
The senior warden is Mr Andrew Cross a partner in Hatchers Solicitors. Andrew is treasurer of the Company.
The junior warden Mr Gareth Jenkins is a dentist by profession and an amateur magician by inclination
